David Jones has been designing websites since 1997. He created his first website, Master Builder, as an expression of his faith. He's been married for more than 31 years, a father of two daughters, and a grandfather. David has lived in the Jackson area for over 41 years. He's a well-known, trusted member of the community who desires to see your business succeed.
David's active participation as a board member and community volunteer in a nonprofit organization led him to open his home-based business, J1S Web, in 1999. Since then, his web design business has steadily grown, primarily through referrals from dozens of satisfied clients. David's niche is serving the Internet needs of small businesses and nonprofits. He has a passion for helping your business or organization gain a powerful, successful, and influential presence on the Internet.

David is a talented graphics designer who specializes in making websites visually appealing and professional in appearance. He is proficient in HTML and has extensive graphic design experience using the latest web development tools and graphics design software including Macromedia Studio 8 (Flash Pro, Dreamweaver & Fireworks), CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12 (CorelDRAW, Photo-Paint & R.A.V.E.), Paint Shop Pro 8, and Alien Skin filters (Eye Candy 5 and Xenofex 2). Original design, compelling content, easy navigation, and brilliant imagery are the hallmarks of his websites. His talents have enabled dozens of groups to communicate their mission and serve the needs of their community very effectively.

David is a 23-year veteran of radio broadcasting. He served as Operations/Website Manager of 96.7 FM (Family Life Radio) in southern Michigan. The station's website was recognized as one of the  "50 Best Radio Station Web Sites in the World" in 2001 by Radio Ink, a leading radio industry trade publication. Only five Christian radio stations worldwide made the list, among them - the website David designed and managed - 96.7 FM.
