Who qualifies for our reduced Nonprofit Rates?
Any nonprofit organization, group, club or agency, community-based ministry or church, qualifies for our reduced rates and web plans for nonprofits. You are not required to be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to qualify, as long as you do not represent a for-profit enterprise or business. Request a FREE estimate! Business Rates

Copyright and Ownership of Content
Our clients retain copyright and ownership to all materials provided to J1S Web. J1S Web retains copyright to all materials created by J1S Web, until the client's internet product is paid for in full. The website's domain is also the property of the client.
Website Content
We will not design or host any website that contains, links to, or promotes any material that is obscene, adult-oriented, related to gambling, threatening, unlawful, abusive or libelous. Content cannot express hatred, prejudice or violence, or encourage criminal activity or violate any local, state, national or international law. We reserve the right to refuse to design or host any web site that J1S Web deems to be inappropriate. J1S Web does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, or political viewpoint.
Technical Support
J1S Web provides free technical support for all issues related to web site construction, functionality and content, hosting, domain and email accounts for all products and services provided, developed or managed by our company. (This does not include trouble-shooting or setting up email accounts on the client's computer.)
Website Management
J1S Web does not provide free website management training. We offer very affordable website management for our clients ($40/hr. commercial and $25/hr. nonprofit). It is based on the actual number of billable hours per month. Invoicing is on a monthly cycle. Terms are 14 days.
Payment
Domain, hosting fees and 50% of web design are required as down payment for all website orders.* The balance is due 14 days after website work is completed to your satisfaction (after final edit is completed). If completion of the website is delayed more than 30 days by the client, the client will be invoiced for website work done up to that point. Payments are accepted by check or money order payable to "J1S Web" (US funds only) or PayPal (make credit card payment on our Welcome Page).
J1S Web may suspend a client's website that is past due. If a domain or hosting expires, due to non-payment, a re-activation fee will be applied.
*The Starter Plan requires total payment up front.
