Welcome To The Family!
If you just made the decision to accept Christ as your Savior, you have just made the greatest decision you will ever make! There are several things you now have. Please take a minute to read through them.
You are a child of God!
John 1:12 says, "But as many as recieved Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name." You are part of God's family. (Also read Romans 8:16-17.)
Everlasting life!
John 10:27-30 says, "... and I give eternal life to them, and they shall never perish; and no one shall snatch them out of My hand..." God says you have everlasting life, and He can't lie. No matter what, you have eternal life. (Also read I John 5:11-13.)
Abundant life!
In John 10:10, Jesus said, "I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly."

What Next?
I Peter 2:2-3 says, "Like newborn babes, long for the pure milk of the Word, that by it you may grow in respect to salvation, if you have tasted the kindness of the Lord."
There is so much more that God has given you! As you study God's Word, you will find all the great things God has for you!
Now that you are in God's family, there are a few things God wants you to do, to grow spiritually:
Study His Word.
Through God's Word you can learn who He is and how to live for Him! (Read Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1, 2 Timothy 2:15; 2 Timothy 3:16-17.)
Attend a Bible-believing church.
In Acts 2:46-47, those who were saved also worshipped together. They were able to encourage each other, and help each other grow. It's important to attend a church. (Read Hebrews 10:19-25.)
Get baptized.
Baptism is a step of obedience to Christ. It doesn't save you, but it publically tells others that you have been saved. (Read Acts 2:41 and Romans 6:4.)
